Do you want to ensure that renovation, remodeling, and furnishing projects run smoothly, from the initial budget to successful completion? Then we would like to meet you.
At TREC Development Services (TDS), we manage renovation, restructuring, and furnishing projects for office and commercial spaces. As a Project Manager, you are responsible for coordinating projects, monitoring planning, budget, and quality, and maintaining contacts with clients, suppliers, and other involved parties. Additionally, you are responsible for the technical and financial preparation of projects, including requesting and assessing quotes, preparing budgets, and coordinating with suppliers and executing parties.
You will receive a high degree of responsibility, work on diverse projects, and play an important role in the further growth of our organization.
✔ HBO level of professional and intellectual ability, preferably in a technical or construction direction
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Affinity with construction, renovation, and real estate
✔ Accurate, proactive, and result-oriented
✔ Experience with project management is a plus
